Sarah is a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University, and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. She is the owner and primary therapist at Reviresco Counseling, and she has been in private practice for 6 years in the State of Tennessee. Sarah has certifications in EMDR trauma therapy and Sex Addiction. Her specializations include: trauma, partners of sex addicted, sex addiction, love addiction, toxic relationships, codependency, spiritual abuse, divorce, caretaking, grief and loss, stage of life issues, ADHD, OCD, mood disorders, depression and anxiety.
Reviresco (Re-vi-res-co) Counseling, LLC was founded by Sarah Wendell in 2020. Sarah is a descendant of the Scottish Clan, McEwan, (other spellings include: McEwen, MacEwen, and MacEwan). The McEwan crest is the stump of a cut down oak tree growing new branches. The latin motto "Reviresco," means, " I grow strong again." The established historical connection between the McEwen family, and the early development of Williamson County, Tennessee has been inspirational for Sarah both personally and professionally.
Dedicated to the residents of Williamson County, the Greater Nashville Area, and the State of Tennessee, Sarah endeavors to provide a warm, inviting and confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings. She will collaborate with you to create goals and empower you with resources for your healing and recovery. Sarah will encourage as you overcome challenges, embrace positive change, and celebrate your victories.
